Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, Larry Joe Whittet; 4 sons: Allen, Jeff, Terry, and John; one daughter, Tara; brother, James Boatman; and numerous grandkids and great grandkids.
She was preceded in death by grandmother, Della Suthers; father, Adison “Slim” Boatman; mother, Louise (Jackson) Boatman; and brothers, Tony Boatman and Billy Boatman.
Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, June 10 at Resthaven Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10:00 am, Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Resthaven Funeral Home. A burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Shawnee.
