She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 40 years, John Blankenship; son, Michael T Blankenship (Kim); grandchildren, Addison Blankenship and Breonna Blankenship; great grandchild, Landon Elliott; brothers, Steven L Pugh Sr. (Deirdre), John F Pugh Jr. (Shawn); sister, JoAnn Guest, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd.) with burial in Evergreen Cemetery 10 a.m. Thursday. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
