He is survived by his beloved wife, wife, Cathy Yount; father, Clyde Yount Sr.; brother, Clyde Yount Jr. (Tammy); niece; Kara Yount; nephew, Jimmy Yount; great niece, Mira; and a host of other family and friends. His mother Rose Yount precedes him in death.
Bobby was a graduate of Bullitt Central High School. He loved watching wrestling, and spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 10:00 am at Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, (4895 North Preston Highway, Shepherdsville KY 40165), with burial will follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and on the day of service from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
