Dale "Rusty" Hall

Mr. Dale “Rusty” Hall, age 59, of Shepherdsville KY, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021. Mr. Hall was born in Louisville, KY on April 4, 1962, to the late Bernard Hall and Lola “Burks” Hall. Mr. Hall was the owner and operator of Rusty ’s Auto Repair & Maintenance, he was Baptist by faith, and most of all he was a loving father, and simply “Poppy” to his two grandchildren, who he adored.  

Among those who preceded him in death is his brother Jamie Hall.

He leaves to cherish his memory his 2 daughters, Christy Wood (Jeremy); Mindy Capps (Nate) 2 brothers, Bernard Hall, and Darryle Hall; 3 sister, Sharon Sargent (Tom); Becky Means; Annette Shine (Bob); 2 grandchildren, Abby Satterley, Chandler Capps. Along with a wealth of family and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from 1: 00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Funeral service will be conducted at 12 pm on Thursday, June 17, 2021, in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. With burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to River City Baptist Church, 5600 Cooper Chapel Road, Louisville, KY 40229.
