

Ms. Frankie Lois Kelly, age 86, returned to her Heavenly Father on November 11, 2019. Ms. Kelly was born in Knott County, Kentucky on August 21, 1933 to the late Willie and Nancy (Watts) Kelly. Ms. Kelly formerly attended Stites Station Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Ms. Kelly loved the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and enjoyed many precious memories of growing up in the midst of their beauty. She loved her family dearly and dedicated her life to caring for them. Ms. Kelly will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Oscar Kelly, Thomas Kelly and William “Sonny” Kelly; and 1 sister, Charity Bowling.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Evelyn Fair (Rodney), Pamela White (Jim), Virgil Noble (Georgianna), and William Edward Noble; grandchildren, Rodney Jason Fair (Ginni), Jeffery Clayton Fair, Christopher Courtney White (Jenny), Brian Clifford White, Stacey Lynn Haggard, Joseph Edward Noble (Dianna), Jonathan Bryan Noble and Jacob Edward Noble; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Edith Anderson; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Wednesday from 1-8 pm and on Thursday from 9 am till the time of the service at the funeral home.
