Holly Marie Taylor

Ms. Holly Marie Taylor, age 68, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 25, 2025, with her family by her side. Holly was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Rowland Phillips and Norma (Davis) Phillips. She retired after 14 years of service at UPS-SCS, she was a diehard University of Kentucky fan. Holly enjoyed meeting new people and always made them feel welcome, she was very personable, loved telling stories and enjoyed family functions. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandma, sister, and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, late husband of 25 years Robert Taylor, 1 brother Butch Phillips, 2 sisters Donna Sue Davis, and Claudia Perkins.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Kimberly Ray, son Robert Taylor, Jr., grandson Gage Bratcher, brothers Shawn Phillips, Pat Phillips (Tina), sister Sharon Myers (Joe), along with numerous nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.

A Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. (4895 N. Preston Highway at John Harper Freeway). Her family and friends may pay their respects on Wedne
