Mr. Neidlow was born May 22, 1944 in Louisville and retired from General Electric in 2000 after 27 years of service. He was a member of Gospel of Truth for 23 years where he was a trustee for 11 years.
Among those who preceded him in death include, his parents, James Edward and Margie Powers Neidlow; brothers, Johnny and Donnie Neidlow; and sister, Linda Neidlow Shepherd.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 27 years, Linda Satterfield Neidlow; daughters, Melissa Neidlow, Cee Cee Noe (Troy) and Dawn Durr (Scott); 12 grandchildren; brother, Eddie Neidlow (Betty); sisters, Judy Shuffitt (Eddie) and Kathy Jackson and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.; use John Harper entrance) with burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
