Mr. Jesse James "Jimmy" Dunford, age 70, of Okolona returned to his Heavenly Father on August 7, 2014. Mr. Dunford retired from Williamette Industries after 39 years of service. Mr. Dunford was a member of Calvary Holiness Church and a U.S. Army veteran.
Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Charles, Sr. and Clara Dunford. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 32 years, Sandra Dunford; daughters, Sonya Wilson (Chris), Chrissy King (David), and Jessica Roark (Brandon); son, Andrew Dunford; grandchildren, Cody, Rachel, Zachery and Makenzie; siblings, Charles Dunford, Jr., Larry Dunford (Joan), Brenda Brown (Doug), Sharon Desurne (Arthur) and Bobby Dunford; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted at 7 pm on Monday, August 11, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road; use John Harper entrance) with interment in Froman Cemetery on Tuesday at 10 am.
