Mr. Jesse H. "Jack" Harp, age 70, of Valley Station returned to his Heavenly Father on January 19, 2015. Mr. Harp was a welder for Clariant Corporation and a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Harp was a very talented musician. Among those that preceded him in death include his parents, Rollie and Alma Harp; brother, Paul Harp; and sister, Barbara Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 29 years, Sandy Craven Harp; children, Timmy, Tiffany, Jesse (Christina), Coy (Brandy), Phillip and Susan Harp; grandchildren, Journey, Jorja, Alaina, Amanda and Blake; brother, Roger Hayes (Donna); sister, Cricket Underwood; sister-in-law, Vi Harp; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10 am on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road; use John Harper entrance) with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
