John Allen Stovall II, age 43, of Louisville, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father unexpectedly on Friday, January 16, 2026. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 16, 1983, to Tammy Rigsby and the late Allen Wayne Stovall. John was a loving son, father, partner, brother, and friend. His family was the center of his universe. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Street Racers. Some of his greatest memories and moments were spent racing alongside his brothers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends the most. He radiated happiness, kindness, and compassion, touching the lives of everyone around him. Whether it was lending a helping hand, offering a listening ear, or simply showing up when it mattered most, John never hesitated to put others first. John brought light, laughter, and warmth to every moment. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him. John was preceded in death by his father, Allen Wayne Stovall; sister, Lacey Stovall; grandparents, Bill Cameron, Roberta Cameron, and John Allen Stovall I.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Tammy Rigsby; sister, Kassie Sharp (Brad); daughter, Alleyanna Stovall; life partner, Halley Miller; niece, Mia Probst; along with many other family and friends.
