Judy Lynne Ensor, age 72, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on May 9, 2026. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 13, 1953 to the late William T. and Mattie P. Marcum Brown. Judy was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and Momaw. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling them as often as possible. Judy and Jim served faithfully alongside one another in ministry for over 20 years, she demonstrated a strong faith in her Lord that was evident to all who knew her. She was a member of Parkland Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, James (Jim) C. Ensor; sisters, Beverly Heavrin and Carolyn Johnson.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother Larry Brown (Rita);her sons Duane Ensor (Beth), Barry Ensor (Leanne), daughter Amy Drake (Jonathan), 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren: a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be at 10 am Monday, May 18, 2026, in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Highway), with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 2 pm until 8 pm and Monday 9 am until time of service
