Linda Robinson Snyder

Ms. Linda Robinson Snyder, age 77, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Ms. Snyder was born in Louisville, KY on June 21, 1947, to the late Stoy and Margaret Robinson. 

Family was very important to her. She loved her family dearly and prayed for them daily. She had a great love for animals and her pets included her dogs Sydney, Daisy and Snuggles, and her cats Bonkers and Emily. Some of her favorite hobbies were music, karaoke and shopping. She had a comical personality and could find the positive in any situation. She found herself in many predicaments and we all had some fun with those stories.

In addition to her parents, her son, Scott Snyder preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Edward Snyder (Carla); daughter-in-law, Amy Meredith (Snyder); siblings, Paulette Dennison (Steve), Charles Robinson (Ann Hedges) and Gary Robinson; grandchildren, Jenny Snyder (Tyler), Jason Snyder, Julie Jansing (Matt), Matthew Snyder (Venice), Chad Snyder; several beloved great-grandchildren;  nieces and nephews, Chris Beck (Crystal), Tiffany Chisholm (Ryan), Sarah Fentress (Jeremy), Adam Robinson (Kate), Daniel Robinson, and Samantha Robinson; a host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Linda’s family would like to express their gratitude to her special friend and caregiver, Irene Gayhart and her son, Atlas for the joy they brought to Linda. 

Funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, January 10, 2025 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday from 1:00 pm until the time of her service at 4:00 pm at the funeral home.

All are invited and welcome to attend her interment at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Brookland Cemetery. Please meet at the funeral home at 9:30 am to process to the cemetery.
