Philip Valentine Henon Sr.

Mr. Henon was born March 12, 1950 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He was an avid poker player, enjoyed Harley’s and most of all his grandkids.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Edna Lorene Henon and brother, Kenny Henon.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 45 years, Sheryl Henon; children, Philip Henon Jr., Tammy Sullivan (Harry), Michael Henon (Trisha), Steven Henon (Elaina) and Narka Smith (Travis); 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, John Henon (Sandy); sisters, Mary Louise Roof and Ruth Ann Schaaf; fur baby, Abbigail and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and after 9:00 am on Friday at the funeral home.
