Mrs. Rita Margerette Williams, age 78, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 18, 2023. She was born in Wheatley, Kentucky on February 7, 1945 to the late Ruby and Christine Caudle. Mrs. Williams was a loving, nurturing homemaker. She loved listening to Elvis impersonators, spending time with her family, watching old t.v shows, and she was a very generous woman. Mrs. Williams was nicknamed “maw” from the show Maw and Paw. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Williams; brother, Garry Caudle; sister, Hazel Marlman; along with other dear family members.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Robin Pardon, Rhonda Brison; grandchildren, Joshua Brison, Siera Fleener, Shane Williams; great grandchildren, Haley Macklin, Austin Macklin, Michael Fox, Joanna Sturgeon, Willie Sturgeon; siblings, Tracy Franklin; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2023 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.)
