Ronald Lee Taylor

Mr. Ronald Lee Taylor, age 66, of Shepherdsville KY returned to his Heavenly Father on May 3, 2018. Mr. Taylor was born December 22, 1951 to the late Paul Franklin and Clara (Seidel) Taylor. He was an Ironworker and belonged to Ironworkers Local 70. Mr. Taylor was a quiet, easy-going gentleman who loved classic cars. He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Carden; brother, Rick Taylor; sister in law, Ann Taylor and brother in law, Norman Carden.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 46 years, Sherry (McCord) Taylor; daughter, Amy Taylor; grandchildren, Layla and Kaylee Higgins; sister, Mary (Pete) Young (Dallas), and brother, Larry Taylor.

Visitation will be Monday May 7, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family has chosen cremation with a service at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Jewish Hospital Lung Transplant unit.
