Terry Samuel “Sam”Johnson, age 49, of Louisville, KY. returned to his Heavenly Father on March 8, 2022. Terry was born July 4, 1972 to Terry Lee & Linda Needy Johnson, he was a truck driver. Among those who preceded him in death are his father and niece, Terry Lynn “Patrick” Bryant. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Linda; brother, Todd Johnson; sisters, Tonya Johnson and Theresa Snary; nieces, Katie Able, Brittani Hudson, Shania Hudson, Erika Ingram; nephew, Phillip Ingram ; and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at noon, March 19, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.). Friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 10am until time of service at the funeral home.
