Thomas Derek Johnston age 58 of Hillview returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, August 7, 2015. He was a member of the Aladdin Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Columbus, OH., and owner and operator of D & M. Corner Tavern. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Marilyn Johnston; his children, Joanne Greenhill, Jimmy Reece, Lucy Lenberger, John, David, Dee Dee and Paul Millet; sisters, June Glen and Isobel Mason; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. on Tuesday in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road use John Harper entrance) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Schoppenhorst.
