Bobby was the son of Clarence & Ruby Joiner. He was raised on a farm in South Georgia and completed a high school education. After graduating from high school, Bobby served in the United States Air Force. He met his wife, Carmel, while serving in the Armed Forces in London, England. They soon married & moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Bobby worked as a printer most of his life. He was a very talented self taught artist. Bobby enjoyed ice skating & ran the Peachtree Road Race for many years. Bobby is survived by his wife, Carmel Joiner, daughter Colleen Joiner Lazenby and her husband, Woody Lazenby, daughter Monica Joiner, brother Ernest Joiner, and several nieces & nephews.
