Delores was born on July 22, 1935 in Fairburn, GA to Lawrence and Evelyn Cook. Delores was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who always placed the needs of others above her needs. Her Lord came to this world to serve and not to be served, and she followed His example with all her relationships.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Robert Cooley; daughter Rhonda Harper and husband Mike Harper of Grayson, GA; daughter Brooke Shaddix and husband Ed Shaddix of Grayson, GA; sister Mary Ellen Anglin of Oxford, GA; Grandchildren Kaitlin Harper, Ansley Harper, Payton Shaddix and Nick Shaddix.
A memorial service will be delayed until people can safely assemble.
