Gloria was born March 28th 1949 to Fannie Mae Graham and the late Cleveland Graham in Brooklyn New York as one of two children. She received her early education in Brooklyn, New York later migrating to Long Island NY with her family, taking up residence in Wyandanch, New York.
Gloria graduated from Wyandanch memorial high school, later receiving her CNA certification. She was employed at Long Island Developmental Services at pilgrim state psychiatric hospital as a Mental hygiene therapy aid for 30 years. After moving to Georgia in 2005 she worked for United Cerebral Palsy for five years before fully retiring and caring for her mother. In her leisure she enjoyed traveling, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her father Cleveland Graham and her brother Cleveland E. Graham. She leaves behind, her beloved mother Fannie Mae Graham, A Loving cousin whom she was raised with Curtis Stanback , two daughters Lisa Marie Valdez, Kisha Lorraine Ford, and one son-in-law Cristofer Ford, two grandchildren, Ashleigh Monae Bryson and Solomon Valdez, Four great grandchildren, Richie Rich, Diesel, Zoey Amarii and Hayti Lucel, sister- in - law Janet Menite, an adored aunt of two nieces, one nephew and many loving relatives and friends.
A visitation for Gloria will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home and Cremation, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. An interment will occur Saturday, October 8, 2022.
