Marjorie Valorie Fortenberry, age 90, of Monroe, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. Marjorie was born February 10, 1931 in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Mr. George Wilson and Mrs. Viola Golden Wilson, four of her brothers, three of her sisters and a host of many of her nieces and nephews. She was also proceeded in death by her husband, Mr. Willis Fortenberry.
A graveside service for Valorie will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, 3700 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039.
Valorie leaves precious memories with her son: James Douglas Hollandsworth Jr. & wife, Judy Hollandsworth; Step Children: Macey Myers & Bryce Myers; grandsons: James "Jim" Douglas Hollandsworth III & Wife, Melinda Hollandsworth, Ryan Christopher Hollandsworth & Wife, Holly Hollandsworth; Heath Barkley Hollandsworth & Wife, Ashley Hollandsworth; Hunter Edwin Hollandsworth & Wife, Kaylie Hollandsworth; great-grandchildren: Kate Hollandsworth, Will Hollandsworth, Hadley Hollandsworth, Reese Hollandsworth, Harper Hollandsworth, Lucy Hollandsworth, Willa Hollandsworth, Emerson Hollandsworth, & Sutton (due Jan 2022).
