Mr. Emrick was the sweetest man.mr emrick worked with my daddy (P.HFreeman) at Southern Railway and we both loved him..I will miss him soo much. Xxoo

Marvin and Margie were the best next door neighbors we ever had, and we've had many.  We left Stone Mountain in 2004, but stayed in touch by 'phone.  After Margie died, we lost track of Marvin.  Not sure where he moved to.  But we cherished our neighbors, and are grateful they came into our lives.

Marvin Emrick was a fearless worker, always there, always dependable and the essence of what a true "rail-roader" means.  I respected him immensely and so did the others at Atlanta Shops and Yards. I have pleasant memories of my association with him.   Our prayers are  with the family in their great loss.
