

Born February 27, 1975 in Waterbury, he was the son Daniel A. Flores Sr. of Wolcott and Darlene (Katilius) Flores of Waterbury. He graduated from Wolcott High School in 1993, where he played football and baseball.
Daniel was a veteran of the US Army serving for 6 years. For over 10 years, he was a CT Dept. of Corrections Officer primarily at the Manson Youth Center in Cheshire. He loved all sports, especially bowling, fishing, hunting and boxing.
In addition to his parents he leaves his two daughters, Trinity and Gabrielle Flores both of Naugatuck; his step mother Catherine Flores of Wolcott, his paternal grandparents Mary Alicia and Daniel Flores of Terryville, a sister, Shauna Leigh Watlington of Terryville, a step-sister, Stephanie Wynne of Bristol, his former wife Susan Potts of Naugatuck and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, 10 a.m. at the State Veteran’s Cemetery, Bow Lane, Middletown.
