Emma DellaVecchia

Born on Dec. 27, 1920 in Southington, the daughter of the late Andrew and Michaelina (Mongillo) Testa. She was a lifelong resident of Southington a parishioner of St. Thomas Church. Emma enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family.

She is survived by 3 children, Maurice M. DellaVecchia Jr. and his wife Ramona of Southington, Mary Ann Lombardo and her husband David of Plantsville and Paul DellaVecchia and his wife Doreen of Plantsville, 7 grandchildren, Tina Danko and her husband Richard, Michael DellaVecchia and his wife Lauren, Jeffrey Lombardo and his wife Laurie, Brian Lombardo and his wife Renee, Matthew Lombardo, Dean DellaVecchia and Ryan DellaVecchia, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

The Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. to St. Thomas Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday from 5-8 p.m.
