
Born January 26, 1916 in Frenchville, ME, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and Alice (Bard) Bouchard. She was an employee of The Waterbury Companies for 25 years. She was a Wolcott resident since 1954 and a member of St. Pius X Church. She enjoyed bingo, crocheting, golf and word puzzle games.
Mrs. Picard is survived by her four children, Mona-Jean Caserio of Northfield, Daniel Picard and his wife Ann of Wolcott, Ronald Picard and his wife Kathleen of Watertown and Frances Carter and her husband Thomas of Wolcott; five sisters Elmire Bailey of Presque Isle, ME, Verna “Rose” Picard of Wolcott, Florence Dumais, Joannne Dumais both of Grand Isle , ME, and Phyllis Lajoie of Van Buren, ME; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son-in-law Angelo Caserio.
Funeral will be Monday June 30, 2008 at 10AM from the DellaVecchia Funeral Home 690 Woodtick Rd. Wolcott to St. Pius X Church for a Mass at 11 AM. Burial will be in New Pine Grove Cemetery.
