He was born on January 21, 1938 son of the late Michael Sr. and Jane (Jankowski) Korsak of Waterbury, CT.
Michael was an elementary teacher for over 37 years at Edward Fenn Elementary School, Gorham, NH. He was an avid traveler and photographer.
He is survived by cousins Irene Lacz of VT, Lucille Sosnowski of Waterbury, CT and Judith Miller and husband Ronald of Southington, CT and dear friend James Doolon and wife Kay.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am on Friday October 3, 2014 at St. Aloysius Church, 254 Burritt St., Plantsville, CT. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Calvary Cemetery Waterbury, CT. The DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St., Southington, CT is assisting the family with arrangements.
