Born on July 13, 1933 in Waterbury, he was the son of the late Elmer and Genevieve (Smith) Trask. He was a former employee of Thin Sheet Metals. He has been a resident of Wolcott for over 50 years. In recent years he was a volunteer at Wolcott View Manor where his wonderful personality made him very popular among the staff and clients and he will be deeply missed.
Mr. Trask is survived by a daughter Doreen and her husband AJ Govain, two grandchildren Andrea and Jonathan Govain all of Wolcott.
A private burial will be held in the spring at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bristol.
