Robert F. Gangloff

Robert F. Gangloff, 72, of Southington, beloved husband of Patsylee (Estes) Gangloff, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023 at The Pines of Bristol after a brief illness. Robert was born in Torrington on February 22, 1951 and was the son of the late Francis and Virginia (Cole) Gangloff. Robert retired from Unitex of Hartford where he was a truck driver for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching Nascar races and going camping. But most of all, Robert loved to spend time with his family. Besides his wife Patsylee, to whom he shared his life with for 50 years, he is survived by his two children; his daughter Tammy Gangloff of Naugatuck and his son Robert E. Gangloff of Cromwell. He was a proud grandfather of Brittany Tardiff of Terryville, Leann Gangloff of Thomaston, Lukas Gangloff of Cromwell and Zachary Gangloff of Naugatuck. He also leaves behind his great-grandson Emmitt Demers of Terryville. Robert is also survived by his brother, Harold Gangloff and his wife Margaret of Thomaston and also by his sister, Shirley Goodfellow of Florida. He will also be sadly missed by his little daschaund, Shiloh. Robert was predeceased by his brother and two sisters. Calling hours for Robert will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main Street, Southington, CT 06489. Burial will be private.
