BURDON, Darryl – After almost 4 years of renewed life from a successful lung transplant Darryl, succumbed to related complications in his 73rd year, surrounded by his loving family. He will be missed by his loving wife Diane (nee Mort), son Jeff and his wife Julie, daughter Cathy Weake and 4 grandchildren Stephanie, Ashley, Haley and Lauren and brother Wayne and wife Lynn and family. Memorial visitation at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Thursday 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service at First Grantham United Church, 415 Linwell Road on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11 a.m. visiting at the church from 10 – 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to the Lung Transplant Unit Toronto General Hospital Foundations would be appreciated by the family.
