Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the St.Catharines General Hospital on Monday, February 27, 2023 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by his wife Helen. Edward will be sadly missed by his wife Dorothy Fraser-Krzeczkowski and sons Bruce (Jen Heaton), Bob (Alison Langley), Gerald (Debbie) Fraser and Gregory (Carolyn) Fraser. Beloved grandfather to Charles, John (Lindsay Favotto), Janet (Jason Fast), Andrew, Alana, Mylissa, Rebecka, Jerrod, Franki, Brittney, and great-grandfather to Ryan.
Predeceased by his sister Lottie Clark.
Edward worked in the tool room at GM for 43 years and was the former president of the Auto Workers Credit Union. He loved to travel and he enjoyed doing carpentry in his workshop. He made the best perogies and pizza, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with family.
In keeping with Edward’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cardiac Care Unit at Niagara Health- St.Catharines site in gratitude for the outstanding care they provided.
