I feel bless to have spent the last few months of your life together. Your positivity and kindhearted nature will never be forgotten. The love I have for you will last lifetimes. It breaks my heart your gone so soon. Jay 3.0 was some of the best memories I have. Your love of life and adventure will carry me through this time of such sadness and sorrow. You could make me smile and laugh and feel as if the world was ours alone. You have touched so many people during your time here that I am sure you were carried away by angels. I will miss you everyday, not a sunset will go by without you on my mind. Thank you for so many years of friendship and love. I can feel your gentle touch and hear your voice saying " we have been together for centuries Tonya, this lifetime is just one of many. 2 souls bound together for an eternity." I feel empty and lost without you. My heart breaks over and over again everyday knowing I can't be with you now. I feel incomplete and alone. Jason Bodnar was my football coach, he is someone that I will never forget.  My memory of Jason is of  how genuine and authentic he was with the most amazing ability to motivate, inspire and lead by example. He showed us how to balance confidence with humility and created memories to last a lifetime.  What I have learned from Jason I carry with me in my adult life.
May you rest peacefully Jason.

I’m so very sorry to hear the passing of Jay. My heart is broken for you both.  I have so many fond memories of Jay from when we were teenagers to our adult years.

Words don't come easy when I have so many wonderful memories of you as a part of our family. Your kind and caring nature will be missed.  You always worried more about keeping the ones you loved taken care of and feeling special never thinking twice about going out of your way too help others.  RIP my friend, til we meet again. 

Jay was a kind presence and a good neighbour. He will be very missed here, in the neighborhood where he lived. My condolences to his family, and most especially to his grand-children, the Light of his life.

To many memories to just write 125 characters. Impossible to sum up 35/40 years in so little. You big daddy will be remembered forever And loved just as much.

You will be missed, by so many people.  I remember  you teaching the boys.  Not only to be good players, but to great men as well. Until we meet again.

Jay and I met at Father Fogarty where as adults we were getting our grade 12.  It was a great group of us and we had a lot of fun.  Over the years Jay and I kept in touch briefly through Facebook and the odd time we would see one another but man he was a great guy.  The changes he made in his life and the love he had for his family, especially those grandbabies  was evident. Gone way too soon, my sincerest condolences to his family.
