In his 41st year, our son Jeff lost his battle with Leukemia on February 8, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton. Jeff is survived by his loving parents Heather Blackier and Jim Barnes. He will be missed by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Also, he will be mourned by his fiancé Kimberley. Many of his gaming friends will notice his absence.
The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346) on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. A Celebration of Jeff's life will be held, following the visitation, in the Chapel at 3:00 pm Donations will be gratefully accepted for the Juravinski Hospital & Cancer Centre.
