

On Tuesday, Jan. 4 at his residence in his 60th year. Beloved son of Betsy and the late John Stirling of St. Catharines. Loving brother of Grant and his wife Ann of Mississauga, David and his wife Audrey of Toronto, Jane and her husband Ronald Miller of Mississauga. Also survived by five cherished nephews and niece: Graham, Cynthia, Cameron, Patrick and Charles. Andrew always put the needs of others ahead of his own, held strong to his faith throughout his life and was a regular volunteer at both the St. Catharines General Hospital and the Out of the Cold Program at Knox Church. Born in Toronto, he had a fulfilling career as a librarian in Saskatchewan and Ontario.
To celebrate Andrew’s life, a Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of Hulse and English Funeral Home, 75 Church St., St.Catharines, on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011. Greetings from the family will begin at 12 noon and the service will be held at 1 p.m. Private family interment to follow.
