Josephine Finn

Peacefully on Tuesday, September 18th, 2018 at her residence at Heatherwood Retirement Residence in her 99th year. Josie, beloved wife of the late John and the late Ernest. Lovingly remembered by Michael and his wife Barbara and Yolanda and her husband George and their families here in Canada and her sister-in-law Betty and her family in England. Josie blessed everyone with her quiet and gentle character, although she loved an engaging conversation and had a ready smile. Her heritage came through as she was always a proper English Lady and enjoyed a cup of tea and a cookie. She kept her abilities sharp as she made daily rounds with her walker, read books and did crosswords every day. Her faith was evident as she trusted in the Lord for her daily strength. You will be missed, Josie!

The Family will receive friends at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346) on Saturday September 29th at 1pm. A Celebration of Josie’s life will follow in the chapel at 2pm. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Heatherwood, you all added so much to Josie life.
