

He is predeceased by his loving wife Shirley (nee Williams) and also sadly missed by his daughters Pamela Kostecki and Jan Levesque (Greg) and son James Servos. Grandfather to Alex Levesque (Kayte Jones), MacKenzie Levesque, Chris (Moira) Kostecki, and Robbie (Katie) Kostecki. Great-grandfather to Kylie, Jessica, Cameron, Bradie, Mason, Connor, Cole and Cody, and great-great grandfather to Michael-John. Predeceased by his grandson, Mike Kostecki.
Norm was a graduate of Collegiate Secondary School and married his loving wife Shirley Williams of St. Catharines in 1939. He served his country in the R.C.A.F. from 1939 until 1965, stationed in France and across Canada. He was a WWII Veteran assigned to R.C.A.F. 473 Squadron & 12 Wing.
Norm obtained his degrees in Economics and Psychology from McMaster University in Hamilton and became a manager with the Federal Immigration and Manpower Department 1967 – 1975.
He is a past member of the St. Catharines Curling Club and Golf Clubs around Niagara and also an accomplished Curler and Golfer his entire adult life having three Certified Hole-In-Ones!
Norm spent summers at his cottage on Lake of Bays and enjoyed canoeing, birding, boating, fishing and all related activities. He is loved and missed by all who knew him well.
