Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Hospice Niagara on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the age of 59. Beloved wife of Brian for 28 years. Loving mother of Douglas Smith and Jennifer Schwenker (Geoff). Cherished grandmother of Destiny and Trinity. Dear sister of Lynn Holdsworth (Will), Joel Hounsome (Shelley), sister-in- law of Diane Tiessen, Ron King (Fran), Eddie King (Jackie), Gail Heath (Rocky) and Penny Trapnell (Rick). She will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Audrey and Albert Hounsome and brother Edwin. Special thanks to Hospice Niagara for their exceptional care.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME, 75 Church Street, on Monday, January 9, 2012 from 1pm until the time of Memorial Service at 3 pm in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated.
