Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 40 years of Sharon (Ingram). Proud father of Cameron and Brett (Deb). Loving brother of Arden (Erika) Phair. Spencer will be missed by the Phair, Ingram and Spencer families, and his many friends. A special thanks to Rock and Linda Spencer for their friendship and support through the years.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 20, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346). A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow with inurnment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens at a later date.
