SMITH Thomas Wayne (Tom) – It is with profound sadness the family of Tom Smith announces his peaceful passing on February 7, 2012, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 58. Survived by his loving wife Lana, their children Shonna, Patrick (Tara), Scott (Pamela). Devoted grandpa to Colton and Cruz. Son of Marg and Tom Smith; brother of Barry. Tom worked at General Motors retiring in 2008 after 30 years of service. Memorial visitation will take place at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 10-1 p.m. Memorial Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
