Peacefully passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Maple Park Lodge in Fort Erie, in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Gerry and her son Jim. Survived by her daughter Pattie Saunders. Verna was an avid golfer and a former member of the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club. She was also an active volunteer for many years with different organizations in St. Catharines.
