Peacefully at home on Friday, July 8, 2011 in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Karen. Fondly remembered by his brothers Tommy (Anne) and Tony. Bill will be missed by his extended family, many friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents William and Mary and his younger brother John. Bill is already missed by his faithful companions Clyde and Roxy. Born in Scotland, Bill operated his own business Bill Kennedy Electric in St. Catharines for many years. He also worked at Dana St. Catharines and most recently was proud to be an Electrical Safety Inspector with the E.S.A. Special thank you to Dr. Kim and Dr. Julie Timko for their dedication and support, and to the nurses who cared for Bill at home.
As per Bill’s wishes cremation has taken place. Bill’s family will receive visitors at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 1-3 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. in the chapel.
