Yvonne Marie Oshust

The family of the late Yvonne Marie Oshust with deep sorrow announce her passing on August 5,2026 in her ninety-third year. Yvonne was predeceased by her late husband Stephen Oshust and they were blessed by six children; Paul, Susan, Tina (Dennis), Michelle (Rocky), Michael, Cheryl (Rob), eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Yvonne was born in St.Catharines, Ontario on September,6, 1933 and spent her early years there. With her husband Stephen and in pursuit of his career they periodically resided in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Yvonne had varied interests and took great pleasure in the creation of many artistic arts and crafts that reflected her creative expression and interest. Yvonne loved music and expressed such with many a melodic solo performance that captured the attention of all in close proximity.

Yvonne’s generosity and concern for those less fortunate was expressed in her vigorous and continuous support of many charitable causes and foundations.

Yvonne has passed but her life has left an indelible impression and guiding light for all those individuals who were fortunate enough to have had Yvonne in their life.

Yvonne will be greatly missed and there is a huge void to us all but she will always be lovingly remembered and the memories cherished.

In lieu of flowers, if so inclined, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be a gracious expression.

In the near future the family will announce the date of a ceremony for family and friends to attend to celebrate Yvonne’s life
