Barb was the loving wife of Charles Pellegrini; devoted mother of Daniel Pellegrini and Laura (Andrew) Gayer; cherished grandmother of Connor, Nolan, Sophie, Jack and Ryan; dearest sister of Donna Kleiman; dear sister-in-law of Mary Jane Ward and Betty (Jim) Organ; a dear aunt, cousin, and a friend to many in her lifetime.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Juanita Ward, her daughter-in-law, Joanna Pellegrini, and her brother, Michael Ward.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 22 from 4-8pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street 63109. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, October 23rd at 10am at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, 5130 Wilson Avenue 63110. Interment will take place at 1pm at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
