Dorothy A. Martin

Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Theodore J. Martin, Jr.; loving mother of Theodore J. Martin III, Robert M. Martin, James A. (Susan) Martin, Donald E. Martin, and Patrick K. (Jean) Martin; devoted grandmother of Anne (Seamus McMahon) Martin and Tess Martin; a dear aunt, great-aunt, and a friend to many in her long lifetime.

Dorothy was a voracious reader, she loved music, she was talented in knitting and crochet, gifting many of her creations to grateful family and friends. She sang with Theodore in the St. Vincent de Paul Choir for many years.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 9-10am at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1408 South 10th Street 63104. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am. Interment to follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred or donations to St. Vincent de Paul Parish would be greatly appreciated by her family.
