She married Harvey R. Scheer on June 1, 1957. Harvey preceded her in death on March 31, 2010. They have two daughters, Linda (Steve) Rebhan and Kimberly (Mark) Beck. Esther and Harvey were blessed with four grandsons Daniel (Jackie), Andrew (Kelly) Rebhan, Matthew (Julie) Beck and Zack Beck. They have 6 great grandchildren Sophie and David Beck, Cora, Owen, Evelynn and Harvey Rebhan.
She will be missed by her siblings Howard (Judy), Gilbert (Judy), Richard (Barbara) Althage and Mary (David) Olson. She was preceded in death by her step siblings Stella, Doris, Alvin and Dottie.
She had many brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends. Esther and Harvey were members at Timothy Lutheran Church where both their daughters were married. She worked as a pharmacy technician.
Esther will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She had a sweet smile and kind heart. Her family will treasure many happy memories.
