Born in Springfield, IL, on November 1, 1934, he attended St. Gabriel the Archangel grade school St. Louis and St. Louis University High School; St. Louis University earning a B.A. Philosophy(1958), University of Notre Dame earning a Masters of Theology (1967). He entered the Society of Jesus, August 17, 1952 and was ordained on June 6, 1965.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John James Corrigan and Bernadine Corrigan (nee Gorey). He is survived by his siblings Michael A Corrigan and Sr. Judith Ann Corrigan SSND.
