Joe was the loving father of Jeanine (Shawn), James (Elizabeth), Jana (Carlos) Herrera, Jeffrey (Elena), and Jack (Nami) Schweppe and Jolyn (Tip) Hunt; cherished grandfather of 14; devoted great-grandfather of 15; a dear uncle, great uncle and friend to many in his lifetime.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Schweppe, Sr. and Elizabeth (nee Maurer) Schweppe and his son, Joseph Jr.
He worked for many years as a plant manager for American Can Company.
