Marguerite M. Allan

BeBe was the dearest, oldest child born to the late John W. and Marguerite Riordan Milford, on November 8, 1923. She was a graduate of Nerinx Hall High School and Webster College for Women, class of 1945. Be was the beloved wife of the late Robert W. Allan, Jr. and is survived by her children, Patricia (Jon) Vaninger, Cathleen (Helmut) Damke, Susan (Kim) Poley, Peggy (the late Dennis) Martin, Mary Joanne Allan (Robert Neff) and Robert W. Allan III, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and her sister, Joanne Finnegan.

She was preceded in death by her four brothers, Jack, Tom, Doug and H.C Milford, and her grandson, Michael Wagner. Our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. Be was a devout Catholic and member of St. Gabriel’s Parish for over 50 years. Be loved her family, faith, good game of Bridge and a dry martini.

In lieu of flowers, Adopt a Student at St. Gabriel’s School or a charity of choice.

A Visitation will be held at St Gabriel Church, 6303 Nottingham Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109, US, on March 31, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St Gabriel Church at 11:00 am.

Committal will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125, US, on March 31, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
