Marianne C. Marx

Marianne is survived by her husband, Robert J. Marx; her children Michael (Pat) Marx, Matthew (Vicki) Marx, Mary Marx, Christine (Barry) Stephens, and Rob (Aimee) Marx; her sisters Virginia (Jacques) Boivin of Quebec, Canada and Jane Lurtz of Port Charlotte, FL.

Marianne was preceded in death by her daughter Helen Marx; her father Victor J. Foshage and her mother Loretta C. (nee Schafer) Foshage.

Marianne was the loving grandmother of Jennifer, Amanda, Gregory, Steven, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Noah, and Molly and the great-grandmother of Finn and Alana.

A visitation for Marianne will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Stephen Protomartyr Catholic Church, 3949 Wilmington Ave., St. Louis, MO 63116, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.

Marianne will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 Mackenzie Rd. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Vincent DePaul Society c/o St. Stephen Protomartyr Parish or to Our Lady of Life Apartments at Cardinal Ritter.
