Mark C. Gornet

Beloved husband of 24 yrs. to Theresa (nee Barnum); loving father of Rachel Nicole and Leah Christine; Cherished son of E. Donald and Marilynne Kruse Gornet; treasured brother of Anne Gornet(Daniel)Kapp, Lois Gornet(Mike)Hilgers, Ruth(Bill)Gornet-Irwin and Mary Gornet(Steve)Avila; caring son-in-law and brother-in-law; devoted godfather; indulgent uncle to a host of nieces and nephews, leaving many friends and extended family.

Mark was born in St. Louis on Oct. 12, 1954. He attended Concord Lutheran School in Pagedale and was a 1973 graduate of Lutheran High School North. He was a proud Eagle Scout. He graduated from Purdue University and worked for Prudential and Mass Financial Group, Inc. as a financial planner.

Family and friends are invited to call at HOFFMEISTER COLONIAL MORTUARY 6464 Chippewa on Sun. Dec. 12 from 2-6 P.M.

Family and friends are asked to join the family on Mon. Dec 13, from 9-10 a.m. at Unity Evangelical Lutheran Church 8454 Glen Echo Dr., Bel-Nor,Mo. with funeral services to begin at 10 a.m.

Interment St. Trinity Cemetery 2160 Lemay Ferry Rd. immediately after the funeral service.
