Pete Herbig

An alumnus of SLUH and SLU, Pete met his gorgeous wife Kathleen in choir at College Church, and together they raised three handsome and ravishing sons – Andrew, Sam, and Will (this is what happens when you let the middle child write the obit, folks). He loved working with his friends and coworkers at Nestlé Purina for over 28 years, and pursued his passion for music as bassist and guitarist in St. Margaret of Scotland’s choir. He is and always will be a husband, big brother to five sisters, dad, brother-in-law, uncle, GrUncle, great friend to many, hero, greatly loved, and greatly missed.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 3-7pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa, 63109. Memorial Mass will be Monday, July 18, at 10am, St. Margaret of Scotland Church, 3854 Flad Ave., 63110.
